SO MANY WAYS I CAN RESPOND TO THIS; AHH, LET ME COUNT THE WAYS...


High Fruit Low fat is the way to go. This man is a nutcase. Our body runs on simple sugar.
All the don't eat list he mentions is correct: Refined starchy carbs. But then he puts fruit in with that. And he recommends a high fat diet that means you will get high blood sugar because your blood is full of fat and it prevents insulin from working. He is insane.

    Trying to contact you - I read 'Genocide', which I really found so informative, a couple of months ago and wrote you a snail mail leter - don't know if you got it. Now a question about 'Genocide' - where is the chapter about LDL ? On page 54 you write "what happens to the LDL thing.....I'll show you in Chapter Six. Before we can talk intelligently about LDL, we need to discuss some basic math....." The next chapter is about the Friedewalk forumla and then Chapter Six is about Calories ! Please ost the chapter on LDL !

    Thanks so much for enjoying my book! Not the first time someone has asked me about that. It was supposed to read Chapter 5, not 6. I don't believe I ever received the snail mail letter as I recently moved my practice.If it's not too long you can post it here. Thanks!
